Running Well Seminars® is a program designed to help runners make positive changes in their running form. Improving your running form results in greater efficiency andreduces your risk of injury making your running more fun and rewarding.
This is not a typical training program. We will be instructing you and teaching you drills and techniques you can use between and during your training runs. You may want to think of it as acquiring valuable tools you can keep and take with you anywhere to use as needed for your running. You will find the things you learn in this program will compliment any running or sport program you choose to do.
You will experience greater ability to increase your miles and intensity in interval training with reduced risk of injury. This program provides you with excellent research-based information and tools to use for anytype of training be it road, trail, multi-sport or distance running.
